What are the suns main sources of skin-pigmentation?

They also leave behind a coating of skin pigment.

It’s important to remember that the main sources for redness on the surface of the earth are the plants that are eaten by us.
If we are careful about what we eat, we can reduce the amount of sun exposure we’re getting and even stop the red patches on our skin from happening.
Other important things to consider include drinking lots of water, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, and avoiding foods high in alcohol and sugar.
